      <description>跑步这一年加入的力量训练全是徒手动作，几乎每个都是被某种疼逼出来的。膝盖两侧疼之后加入靠墙深蹲，脚掌抽筋样刺痛之后加入提踵和按摩球，后来又主动固定了深蹲、单脚站立、平板支撑。这是个人尝试，不是康复处方。</description>
